We kindly ask that you contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
2. Resolution Process
Step 1: Acknowledgment
Once we receive your dispute request, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days.
Step 2: Investigation
We will review your order details, delivery records, and any supporting evidence you provide, such as photos of damaged items.
Step 3: Outcome
Based on our review, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

3. Fairness & Transparency

All disputes are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, VantiqueEvents will cover replacement or return costs.

Refunds may not be issued for items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned outside the eligible return period.
4. Escalation
If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, customers have the right to escalate the dispute through their payment provider, such as a credit card issuer or PayPal. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
